Auto Refresh of charts in the Dashboards

Hi

We are in the process of building a solution which would need to be realtime, as the data gets into the Database the charts should automatically on a pre-defined frequency of 30 seconds refresh. This is the client requirement of seeing the status on the console. But with the current version, you will have to hit the GO key to refresh the charts.

Please help on how the above request can be fulfilled in Yellowfin.

Hi Prakash,

You will need to set report refresh on the reports within the dashboard.

Thanks for the response, we did tried the same and the Report and Dashboard is refreshing, but the data is not refreshed..... Do we need to set to refresh the view somewhere else.

It is working now....

Here is what we did...

Initially we had given Refresh at both Report Level and Dashboard Level, now we made the Report Level Refresh as None and had only Dashboard Level Refresh. The Data is getting refreshed accordingly.
