Disallow changing username/password in User Management

Please Note: This is only available in 5.2
This can be done via Administration->Role Management-> select the role to edit-> click on the ?User Administration? drop down and ticking ?Disable profile email change? if you want to stop users from changing their email address and ?Hide profile password? if you want to remove the password reset option.

How about in 6.3? For security reasons some organization don't want users tochange their email address.
Also, we just noticed that the password is not case sensitive. But in the authentication configuration there is an option to include lowercase/uppercase in passwords.This can be a security isssue.
