New user – cannot broadcast, access tasks or timeline

I just installed Yellowfin this week. In the demo, I was able to use all of these features. Since I have installed, I cannot broadcast, or access tasks and the timeline.

I feel like it has something to do with setup. When I try to set up a broadcast on a report and click on the search bar to add users I get the following error message:

Oh no! An error occurred loading your details from the database. Please try again later.

I submitted a ticket last Friday - but still no resolution.
