Viewing Private Reports

Yellowfin Guru,
As an Administrator, how do view people's private reports?
Often I want to do delete/change something (category, view etc) but am told 'X Reports currently use this'.
Other times people ask for help with their private report but I cannot log in and look at it as an admin.
They are private reports but I can't seem to get a list of them.
Is there a way to view private reports? Am I missing something obvious?

Hi Daniel,
We did implement a feature that allows users you share private reports.
Information on how to set this up can be found here : How to share private reports

It's great we can share reports like that.
I'm assuming that the admin cannot see a list of all reports though?

Hi Daniel,
No problems.
Unfortunately you won't be able to get a list of these reports from the UI.
However, you could query the Yellowfin DB directly and even write a reports based on this query.
