Unless I've misunderstood you I think we've got just the thing for you. There's an advanced function called Delta From Last which shows the change from value to value, and there is an option of this function to express the change as a percentage:

Yes you understood it right, this is the function I need, but this function doesn't exist if I'm using cross tab table! Most of our reports are cross tab and this function is highly asked. Any suggestions?

apologies as I notice you already mentioned the fact that you are using a cross-tab report in the initial forum post and I missed it!

Unfortunately the Delta From Last function is not yet supported for cross-tab reports, I have raised an enhancement request (support task ID = 128781) so that it will be implemented one day, however please keep in mind it can't be for the next build (6.3) as it is too late in the day for that.

Also adding to this, the delta function overrides the "sum" function.

So unless the values were pre-aggregated (which in most cases they wouldn't be), this function also cannot be used.
