This Human Resources dashboard allows HR teams to track, analyze and report on trends affecting personnel expenses, turnover & LTI, FTE and headcount.
Dashboard Sub Tabs: A dashboard may consist of one or more sub-tabs. You can logically group and display sets of reports and charts in a sub-tab with shared filters and interactive functionality with other sub-tabs if necessary. In this example, besides the main Personnel Expense tab at the top, the other sub-tabs provide deeper analysis for each category.
Design Canvas: This dashboard is pixel-perfect and built upon a free-form design canvas, meaning besides reports and charts, you can overlay canvas widgets next to and on top of each other — icons, shapes, text and images — to create beautiful, design-led dashboards.
Column Formatters: A tabular report doesn’t need to just display numbers. You can apply column formatters to display your numbers in different ways. On the Personnel Expense tab, scroll to the Business Unit report — you will see both Sparkline and Percentage Bar Formatters in action — helping HR teams quickly understand trends for payroll and hours worked.
Filter Panels and Dependent Filters: You can place filter panels anywhere on your dashboards. At the bottom of the Personnel Expense sub-tab, the filter panel has been placed on the canvas itself. Filters can be set to depend on the selection of a parent filter. Try it — select a Job Level and you will see the filter value list for Job Title refresh based on that selection. The accompanying detailed report on the right will also refresh immediately.
