Allow Automatic Scaling of Axis Unit

It is conceivable that many charts being made with this system have the ability to go from showing units in the thousands to showing units in the millions based on filtering of the data (or from tens to billions if there are enough facets). We have many just in our own installation:

Staff and clients alike have strongly requested that the units on the axis scale up and down in thousands based on the data in the chart, along with a label that indicates what the scale is currently at.
Are there any plans to implement such a thing?

Hi Max,
that's a good idea indeed, an enhancement request has been raised for this functionality (Support Task 185616) so that it may be implemented at some point in the future, although unfortunately we can't give an ETA of the implementation at the moment.
