Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter failed
21 October, 2015
Hi support,
We are trying to integrate with YellowFin 7.1 application with our own enterprise software that is hosted on IIS.
However after the install is complete, we are getting a redirect error on isapi_redirect.dll. Please see attached error.
[b]HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter failed
Handler: Extensionlessurlhandler-Integrated-4.0
Error Code: 0x80070005
- Has any other customers faces such an issue/error?
- Any recommendations?
- My team mainly tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that isnt working.
Thanks,
Harsha

Hi Harsha,
Thanks for the question. I haven't encountered this error before but this definitely appears to be an IIS related error.
I've done some research and found a couple articles that cover this topic. Do you think you could take a look to see if they might be helpful?
Here a couple of articles from the IIS forums:
HTTP Error 500.0, Error Code: 0x80070005, virtual directory/application trouble
Error 0x80070005
From StackOverflow
Windows Auth directory in IIS - web.config Permission problem
I'm not sure if it will help, but I've gone ahead and attached our IIS Connection Guide. It's a tad dated, but the information within should still be relevant.
Hopefully this information helps. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Please let us know how it goes. We look forward to hearing back.
Kind Regards,
Dustin
