Changed in 7.1 : CSV without indexed and categorised fields?

In the 7.0 documentation (Wiki) there is the option to put CSV-fields into a category and to indicate them as indexed.
I can't find those options in 7.1. Are the removed or do i have to change configurations options?

Hi Peter,
the Indexed option in 7.1 can be found by clicking the little triangle (please see below):
and then a menu appears containing the Index option:
the Index option is toggled on/off by clicking it:

Regarding the field categories, these may be set in Step 2 of the View Builder when you drag the fields across.
