Cross Tab Report and % of Total not working as expected

I've been having an issue very similar to the one described here: http://www.yellowfinbi.com/YFForum-of-total-populates-incorrect-values-for-cross-Tab-?thread=142582
When I create my cross tab report, all goes well until I add % of total as the 3rd column, then I get zero values for 2014 Yes and No's (although No Answer values are still there for some reason)

If I take out percentage altogether, I still have problems with the charting:
My Yellowfin version:
Application Version: 7.1
Build: 20150501
Java Version: 1.8.0_31
Operating System: Windows Server 2012 6.2 (amd64)
