Data Query takes long time in yellowfin

Hi Guys,
I am having a little bit problem with Yellowfin report. Errors that I onftenly facing are Java Run Time Error, Out of Memory Error, Bad Gateway Error.
I believe this has something to do with the loading data because my estimation is the query will resulting more than 20 columns with 5000 rows.
We tried to run the same query on the normal sql commands, but it only takes 10 seconds.
Can someone enlightened me on this? I'm getting confused on how to solve this issue.
