Display selected filters on a dashboard

Hi,
I have created a dashboard with filters using a left side nav filter bar however I need the ability to display all the selected filters on a dashboard by default.
I noticed that there is a "Show Filters" option which will display the filters for a report but this requires the user selecting this option. Can you please let me know how to select this option by default without user intervention or describe another way of achieving this requirement?

Hello Brad,
Presently there is not an option to display the Selected Filters on a Dashboard.
The closest option you would have is to select either Right or Left in the Display
Filter option.
This should result in something like this.
