I have been using the same .csv file to build a drag and drop report, but it has only worked once - unfortunately this version was incorrectly formatted, so cannot be used. I have since tried correctly formatted versions of exactly the same file, but I get the "Error Retrieving Results" and shocked smiley face, no matter what I do.

I am currently only trialling the software, but have no idea how to remedy this issue.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated!
