Sorry for the delay in responding to you, I have looked in to this and at this moment in time it is not possible to configure this. I can put an enhancement request to see if it is possible to configure yellowfin to do this.

please create this enhancement request - life will be so easy if the broadcasted excel files are processed to enable some formatting options by default like

1. auto - fit- https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/aa223697%28v=office.11%29.aspx

2. auto- filter- https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/aa221844%28v=office.11%29.aspx

3. auto formatting
4. auto sorting or take default sorting from report.
