I'm not entirely sure what information you guys might need, but figured I could send you some information about the postcode areas in the Netherlands.

On that page they have a map of the netherlands divided in postal areas and listing the postcode ranges.

Dutch zip codes (postcodes in dutch) are always formatted as followed 1234 AB. 4 digits and 2 letters either with or without a space as separator between the two.
Mainly the 4 digits are used on the area maps, the letters are to further specify. They usually go down to street level.

http://www.geopostcodes.com/Netherlands might have a full list of postal codes including longtitude/latitude information.
