How can I calculate % from 2 columns

In the image below I have 2 columns of data. I would like to calculate the percentage along the row with column 1 being the numerator and column 2 being the denominator. How can I do this?

Hi,
as well as that, I thought it wouldn't do any harm to show you an Advanced Function called Percentage of Column which may meet your report requirements. Just click the little arrow in the column header and then select Advanced Function:
then choose Percentage Against Column and configure which column you want to use:
