How to activity report and “Not for Resale License”

I am having two problems with my reports. I cannot take them out of "draft" mode or don't know how to do this. Also, my reports and charts say "Not for Re-Sale License" everywhere. I am assuming this has something to do with my license. I believe this just started showing but it is a fairly recent installation.
Okay, I was able to take the report out of draft mode but still get the Not for resale License watermark on all charts and at top of tables.

The �Not For Resale� watermark appears when a session using a DEVELOPMENT licence has gone over two hours, it can be removed by logging out and logging in again.
