How to add tabs to a user via webservice

Is there any automated way to add tabs to a new user by webservice?
I have several tabs and whenever I create a new user have to manually add.

Thank you for putting your question through to our forum.
Unfortunately, I do not believe what you are after is currently
available in YF via Webservices.
I will continue to look into this today and consult with our
Melbourne office for verification.
In the meantime, I've including the following

are currently available through Web/Report services.
