How to set the Data Row Limit

A row limit can be set on the data source, view or report to limit the number of results returned from the query.
If you have reached the limit you will get either of the messages below:

Reports based on this source have a maximum row limit of ...
[/code]
or
[code]
The Max Row Limit has been reached.
Your data has been truncated[/code]
To change the limit at the Data Source, go to the connection details page:

To change the limit at the View level, go to 'Step 1' of the view builder. The option is location under View Options > Performance :
Note: Setting the limit to '0' means there is no limit
To change the limit at the Report level, go to 'Step 1' of the report builder. The option is location under Report Options > Report Data :
