html encoding

Hi.
I'm displaying some formatted text from the database and it's showing the html codes as well as the text as opposed to rendering the html code. I've attached a screen shot of how it normally looks in our app and how the same record looks in YF.
What setting do i need to use to get it to display correctly.

Hope you are well,
That is strange as the HTML seems to be correct so I don't see why it is not hiding this, Is it possible for you to send the HTML file you are using so that I can see the coding in its raw format.
if you send it to support@yellowfin.bi and reference this forum post in the subject line. Once we have received it we should be able to provide you further assistance.

This was fixed by editing the report, setting the column format to HTML Formatter and I also had to set the "Remove HTML tags" to off.
