iPad Dashboard Displays Empty

Dear Yellowfin Support,

I am currently using Yellowfin 6.1, and the build is 20120828.

I created several dashboards in Yellowfin, and they are visible to all the right users.

But when I use the same user to access the dashboards through iPad, it shows empty in the dashboard.

Furthermore, after this action, when I back to web based yellowfin, it displays blank either.

Then I have to edit the dashboard again, save and activate it without any actual modification.

Then it got recovered from blank.

This issue happens on all the users in this server, and happens on all the dashboards including the tutorial ones.
My reports are saved under the subcategory whose setting is displayed below:

And the "Mobile Disable" is not checked for all the roles.

The iPad Yellowfin version I userd is 7.0.

Besides, we have another Yellowfin 6.1 server whose build verion is 20120703. So it's a earlier version, but it works fine when login by iPad.

So I feel really confused and please guide us how to resolve it.

I tried again for getting more information through Yellowfin Log.

I found there is an Exception in iPad User Refreshing Dashboards:

Is this is reason for making the dashboards empty? Because reports can not be found?

I meanwhile attach the Yellowfin Log for your reference.
This Yellowfin Log is generated after iPad User Login and Refreshing Dashboards.

Hi Andy,

Thanks for all the info.

This is actually related to using Yellowfin 6.1.

You are going to need to be on the latest 6.2 release at least in order for the mobile application to work correctly.

There is no real way around it.

Do you have a dev environment you can install 6.2 (6.3 preferably) on and then point your mobile device to it, to ensure it all looks as expected?
