I have a single access filter defined on my data source, created by Manual Data Entry. We've now hit the limitation of not being able to delete entries several times, and it is becoming cumbersome to re-enter every entry each time I need to remove a single entry.

Is there a way to change the type of an existing filter to either a scheduled query or upload file?

Alternatively, if I create a new filter, will this be automatically be applied to all the existing reports if I update the required field in each view to be linked to the new filter?
