Login error for new user
6 March, 2013
I have a user that was given access to yellowfin via an LDAP group. He was then removed from the group. Now he has been added to the LDAP group again but he get an error when he logs on. "You don't have access to the default organisation."
What other information would help diagnose this issue?

Hi Mark,
I have tried to reproduce this issue but unfortunately so far without success, so I thought that firstly I'd better check my steps with you to make sure we're talking about the same thing:
1) Test user is Firstname9, member of Group1
2) Yellowfin is configure for Group1
3) Successful login for Firstname9
4) Delete Firstname9 from LDAP group
5) user Firstname9 can't login anymore
6) Add Firstname9 back into Group1
7) Successful login once again for Firstname9
Could you please confirm if these are the correct steps? And if they are then could you please tell us what version & build of Yellowfin you are using, and also which LDAP server you are using. Also, is there any chance that we could have access to your LDAP server to try and replicate the issue?
Regards,
Dave
