New DashBoard – No Filter Available

Hi Support,
I have a report that has Filters. When I run it I am asked to enter the Filters and the reports run etc - All working fine
I create a New DashBoard
Seemingly no matter what I do I cannot get the Filters to be displayed or working at all on the DashBoard.
Recently upgraded to V7.1
Cannot figure out how to work with the Filters on the DashBoard
Just a New Normal Tab / DashBoard
