Opening Report with current date or week

Hello,
For a customer we are trying to build a report which when you open it chooses the current week as a filter. of the year. We are able to select a week form the SQL, server but not able to connect it with the filter value week (which is numeric by the way)
We want to send/broadcast this report on a daily basis, week after week, to some of the users by email.
How do we approach this?

Hi Dennis,
What you are describing sounds easy to accomplish if you are using date fields rather than numeric fields... Could you clarify why this field needs to be numeric?
If the field is a date field you can configure it to filter data for the current week by:
1. Dragging the field onto the report as filter
2. Clicking advanced settings
3. Configuring the filter to filter 'Between'
4. Clicking [See Range Below]
5. Clicking the 'Pre-defined Period' radial
6. Selecting 'This Business Week' from the dropdown
This well return data that is only applicable for the current business week:
Regarding the broadcast, you should be able to achieve what you are after by configuring a Broadcast Schedule.
