Text Based Summary?

Hi,
I was hoping to generate a dynamic summary paragraph. Dynamic in the sense that the phrasing would change depending on a numeric or text based field. For instance, a numeric field XYZ rating has a value between 0 and 4. Ratings correspond to a text based analog (0=absent,1=very low, 2=low, etc..) The XYZ ratings would be loaded into a dynamic string of text and read: "After inspecting the land, our tech reported an XYZ rating of: __(Load XYZ Rating Value__."
Is this functionality possible? I use this function fairly often in excel, I was hoping it was possible with the reporting engine here.
