if you need additional assistance.

Thank you,

The error message in the post is not similar to the one in the logs.

The logs point to :

YF:2014-10-17 13:12:17: WARN (JDBCConnection:D) - Timeout occurred when clearing warnings: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException
java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException

SEVERE: The web application [] appears to have started a thread named [Abandoned connection cleanup thread] but has failed to stop it. This is very likely to create a memory leak.

Just to confirm, will the same fix apply ?

ACL Support,

The memory leak error message is likely being logged because the
service was shutting down. We see this quite often.

We believe your issue is still related to your JRE and the above
referenced post should resolve the issue.

Please let us know how it all goes.

Thank you,

Kyle
