Upgraded to 7.1 – Missing option to upload GeoPack

Note:This article applies to upgraded installs only.
If you have upgraded to 7.1 from a previous release such as 7.0 or older, you may find that the option to upload a GeoPack is missing.
This is most likely because of a new role function added 'Geometry Pack Management'. With any upgrade, role functions are not enabled/disabled, you will need to do this manually.
Please ensure the above role function is ticked before trying to access GeoPack functionality.
