Where is the plugin management/Background process management after upgrade?


I just upgraded to 7.2 and cannot see the new plugin or background process
management.

I am an admin user.
To gain access to these areas of 7.2 after an upgrade, you will need to manually enable these role functions.

The reason why it's disabled after an upgrade, is security related.
With every new role function implemented, we need to keep it disabled with upgrades, as we need to ensure client environments are not changed after the upgrade.

It's to stop all the users in the system having functions turned on, as some should not have such access.
E.g. You could end up with a report consumer with some admin functionality.
