We will work with a realistic dataset from a music streaming app, with variables such as Free vs Premium, ad exposure, listening time, skip rate, and of course, churn. You’ll learn how to build a practical, data-driven framework for pinpointing your most loyal cohorts, simulate the tipping points between retention and monetization, and identify exactly where profit is maximized without pushing users away.
We'll also open the floor for questions, and if time permits, we’ll analyze a few requests or use cases from the audience live during the session.
