Error 1053 Windows Could Not Start the Apache Tomcat Yellowfin Service

Hello. I am experiencing an issue with Windows not being able to start the Apache Tomcat Yellowfin service. I am receiving the "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request ina a timely fashion." per the attached file. Could you please advise as to what this error is and how it is best resolved?
