error code 4
21 July, 2015
New to Yellowfin. I've created a user, with a user role, in our product, which is connecting to Yellowfin.
The user should be created in YF, from our product.
I'm speaking to the developer, and they are saying with a specific user, he is getting an error from YF, in the logs.
What we are getting back from YF is the following:
{"attributes":{"soapenv:encodingStyle":"http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"},"remoteAdministrationCallReturn":{"attributes"
:{"id":"id0","soapenc:root":"0","soapenv:encodingStyle":"http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/","xsi:type":"ns2:
AdministrationServiceResponse"},"errorCode":{"attributes":{"xsi:type":"xsd:int"},"$value":"4"},"statusCode":{"attributes":{"xsi:type":"xsd
:string"},"$value":"FAILURE"}}}
I'm assuming that our mapping for this role is incorrect in YF, but I wanted to put this out there, and see if anyone can help.
THanks.
