Error occured on Linux Environment

Hello, I'm Ahn
I installed Yellowfin BI on two Linux Servers.
One worked well, but the other had an error.
I attached a picture about an error.
And the log is like below :

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
The error itself just means the values could not be successfully loaded into the browser, as you can imagine there could be a number of reasons for this.
It may be intermittent, or it could occur when a specific filter. In most cases it is usually a form of a timeout error, and may be an odd occurrance, or it's simply loading too many values in the list.
You will generally see this error when loading some values, e.g. Filter list, recipient list, report list.
In any case, this should not occur and further investigation is needed to identify the cause.
In order to resolve the issue, we need to gather more information and in what context the error occurred. Is this the first login for admin@yellowfin.com.au , or are you using a different user with different dashboards?
Is it occurring in a specific browser?
Furthermore, we will need to request and obtain the log files.
Can you please send across everything from the Yellowfinappserverlogs folder
