figure out why this happening with this sub-tab.

- Are you able to replicate this error and then capture the YF logs? Send those in to our email support and reference the subject line of this forum post.
- Are you using Client Orgs?
- Are there reports on this sub-tab that are secured?
- Does the person trying to remove the sub-tab have full Admin rights?
- Can you access any of the sub-tab reports via the browse page and open them?

Emailed YF log to support email after the error.

- Are you using Client Orgs?
Yes we are using Client Orgs but the reports and dashboard are created under default though.

- Are there reports on this sub-tab that are secured?
Yes they are only certain groups can access the report.


- Does the person trying to remove the sub-tab have full Admin rights?
Yes
- Can you access any of the sub-tab reports via the browse page and open them?

Yes
