Not able to reset yellowfinbi.com password

Hi,

I exceeded the max attempts and was asked to reset the password. However If i give the e-mail in the password reset dialog, it says the e-mail is not valid. I'm sure that is the e-mail I used to sign-in.

Please help in resetting the password and logging in again.
My e-mail id (skalyanasundaram@hc1.com)
