Private reports

Hi,
As a Yellowfin Administrator I require the ability to see private reports in order to help users with their questions about data and yellowfin functionality. Is there an option to see private reports as an administrator without the user explicitly sharing the report. It would be nice if this was an option on the Administrator role.

Thanks for the question.
Unfortunately there is no way for Administrators to view private reports unless they have been shared. I do apologize for the disappointment.
Currently the only way for an Administrator to view private reports is to be shared the report.
We have an older thread about this in which David suggests that you can query the Yellowfin DB directly to get an overview of private reports, but I don't think this will help in your current situation.
