hi Yellowfin,
just a query. i can already login but when i search for my user account, it cannot be found. i wanted to make my account admin. note that my account is also part of a LDAP group.

can you let me know how to reset login connections not to use LDAP as I configured and saved my LDAP settings incorrectly and now I can't login with the Yellowfin admin user account.

Sorry for the extremely late response, this thread kinda got lost in the pile.
Good news is that we're in the process of updating our forum so these kind of things don't happen anymore.
In terms of your query, you can update the authentication type back to Yellowfin by updating a record in the DB directly. To do this:
1. Stop yellowfin.
2. Run the following against the Yellowfin DB
Update
Configuration
Set configdata=�YELLOWFIN�
Where configcode = �AUTHTYPE�
3. Start up Yellowfin and login as a Yellowfin user.
Please let me know if you still have issues with this.
