User missing in Admin Console – Users

I have a user that can be seen when the "Person" table is used but the user is not visible when trying to access it through Admin Console - Users. However, it is visible although using the internal ID when viewing the User Groups - see attached doc for screenshots

We are currently using application version 7.1.

Thanks for that info. Could you also let us know the build number - you can find this through the Administration > Admin Console > System Information screen within YF.

We are on version 7.1, build 20150729.

This was installed last week but the issue with the missing user is still there.

Seems that you have a user account that is stuck in limbo.
Should this user be deleted or active?

Also, can you please send across the results from the following tables:
-IpClass
-Person
-IpContact
-StaffMemberRole
-Iprltshp

Please export these tables to CSV and then email to support@yellowfin.bi and reference this post.

We can then work out what we need to do with this user account.

I am still having issues with users.

Although I have followed your SQl I still can't create a new user as it tells me that adding a new user breaches the Software licence, yet in Yellowfin itself it shows 34/35 licences used - see attached file for screenshots.

I tried the new user after running your sql (after changing the date format!) then thought that it needed to mark the user 12212 as DELETED so also ran:

UPDATE IPRltshp
SET EndReasonCode = 'DELETED'
WHERE IPChild = 12212
