SAINS Group signs Business Intelligence partnership agreement with Yellowfin

Global Business Intelligence (BI) software vendor, Yellowfin, has signed a reseller agreement with internationally recognized software solutions and IT services provider, Sarawak Information Systems Sdn. Bhd. (SAINS) Group.

The agreement will see the SAINS Group – based in Sarawak, Malaysia – offer Yellowfin’s easy-to-use BI solution, and associated implementation and training services, throughout Malaysia and internationally.

SAINS Chief Solution Architect, Grant Than, said that one of the keys to successful reporting and analytics projects was the ability to quickly deliver tangible results, and that Yellowfin’s ease-of-deployment and integration satisfied that need.

“As a completely browser and Java based solution, Yellowfin is highly scalable, and can be integrated into most technical environments with an absolute minimum of disruption to existing infrastructure and applications,” said Than.

Than said that many organizations were looking to introduce or extend reporting and analytics capabilities throughout a variety of different departments and to larger numbers of users, and that Yellowfin addressed that demand.
