sorry but it's not clear to me from your screenshot what the problem is. Could you please describe the problem, for example, if you're getting an error message - then describe the error message.

Having said that, it's worth me saying that one of the most problems we've seen is that the date format of a field is not in the recommended format, in which case all you have to do is to change it to yyyy/MM/dd:





Another problem might be that a different delimiter than a comma is being used, in which case you'll just have to do a replace-all to fix the problem.
