Thanks.
Hi,
Co-display would allow you to display the totals and the top ten total.
You will need to create two charts:
1 displaying your grand total (Report displaying all the data you require with total)
1 to display your top ten (Report displaying only the TOP 10 and total)
Here is information on the different processes.
Displaying Grand Total
Once you have selected your fields for your report on the data page you can apply the totals using the drop down menu or using the column format menu. Both of these methods are explained on our wiki page, Summaries.
Displaying the Top Ten
To display the top ten, select the fields you wish to display in you report. You will then be able to apply an ADVANCED FUNCTION to the column you require. Step by step instructions can be found on our wiki page, Advanced Function.
Creating a Co-Display Report
Before you can attach a Co-Display report you will need to make your two reports. Then select which you want as the parent report (main report). Return back to the data page of the report and click on CO-DISPLAY, you will then be able to add your child report in the RELATED REPORTS step. For more information on Co-Display visit our wiki page, Related Reports.
I hope this information helps. If you have any further questions or need any of the above points explaining further please let me know.
Kind Regards,
Katie
