Unfortunately there is no utility to bulk move Reports.

As an alternative, you can use the Export and Import functions under Administration.
Firstly export all the required reports, then delete the original Reports, then when re-importing the Reports point it to the new category.

With some additional information for you, a request to add functionality to
select all reports under one category for export has been raised in an enhancement request # 110779, to be added to YF 7.1.

Thanks for your responses.

Stephen: Would I be correct in saying that exporting the reports would delete all the email broadcasts attached to the report? So this means when we import the reports, we have to go into each report and set up the broadcasts again. We have some reports with close to a 100 broadcasts on each.

Danny: We are in the process of upgrading to YF 6.3 right now. So, it will still be a while before we get to YF 7.1. Thanks for the webservices guide. I will check with my development team if they have the capacity to build a stub. It will still remove the broadcasts while export, right?

Exporting does not delete anything, it's essentially like making a copy.

I guess there is no real way to move reports from one category to the other without importing/exporting.

In your case, there is no way to remove the broadcast with an export, you will need to either delete the reports after the export, or manually remove the broadcasts from each report , which I guess would be very tedious :(.

We actually want to keep the broadcasts on the reports which we export/import. So if the export process does not remove them, that is good news :)
