Error Connecting to SMTP (mail.smtp.connectiontimeout)

Hi All,
I can connect using SMTP GMail, but using our clients SMTP Server we encountered the error saying "javax.mail.MessagingException: Exception reading response; nested exception is: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out"
Please see attached screen shot.
May we know the reason for this error? What can we do to solve this?

Hi Albert,
A few things could be causing this error, such as your Yellowfin server not being able to reach the mail server or possibly network issues.
If you were to enter the same mail server parameters into your email client do you get a successful connection?
