How to add report header image

Hi!,
I tried to add an image in report header using Report Formatting option -> Header & Footer -> Header Options. But I cannot see the image on report result page after completing this setup.
I am using Yellowfin 7 (build 20140502). Could you please provide a guide or any additional steps to achieve this ?

Hello Supun,
The Custom header image, when added to your report, will not appear on the report result page, but will appear if the file is exported to another file format or printed. A test export to a .doc or .pdf file will correctly display the header / footer image.
