Semicolon in virtual table
21 February, 2013
Hi,
When entering code for a virtual table and putting a semi-colon at the end of the code, the validate button returns a "Valid" message, but the view code itself fails as the semicolon gets included in the code, truncating the main query. Removing the semicolon form the end of the virtual table code fixes things.
Would it be possible for the validate function to check for a semicolon before it returns a "Valid" result, or to remove the trailing semicolon when merging the virtual table into the main query?
Just a thought.
Thanks
Brendon
