Unable to edit a report

Hi Folks

A user with the role of corp writer was editing a report yesterday and concurrently the VIEW that this report references was edited.

Today, per the attached screenshot - SS1, the user and myself (Admin role) are unable to edit the report. The message says that the user, Judy, is currently logged in. However, this was not the case. Ideally we would like to delete this report.

Hope you are well,

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with editing this report. I have done some investigation and I have found if you change the security of the view, by resetting the User, and set it to delete or update, then you should be capable again to edit the report.

It seems that the issue is that you have to re-define the view security.

Please give this a try and let me us know if this resolves the problem.
